About Us

IPM was formed as a Sole Proprietorship in May 1997 as a Relocation Management Consulting Service specializing in Laboratory Relocations Planning and Management. 

SERVICES have since been expanded to include Supervision of Laboratory Casework Modifications for Research Laboratories, Office & Cubicle Furniture Remodels and Facility closures. 

TRAINING—Laboratory Safety training is conducted for the protection of ourselves as well as our clients. 

CONFIDENTIALITY—Cutting edge technologies are common here in the Bay Area, so IPM follows strict confidentiality rules.

Power Generation Systems Training

Helpline Manager—FEMA Call Center with over 200 employees (following the Northridge Earthquake).  Operations Manager—FEMA, Assisting in the relocations the Helpline Call Center to Denton, TX and the California Processing Service Center to a new facility in Hyattsville, MD.  Worked in the DC office assisting in the creation of a  budget template for all National Processing Service Centers (NPSC’s) in the US.
