Included in this web-site are a sample of our Lab Equipment Database form, a Relocation Mind-Map to help demonstrate the various tasks that we often handle as well as a short Check-List of items that need to be covered during a typical move.

Our clients are often quite knowledgeable about the move/relocation process but need to augment their project team with someone capable of assisting the construction team as well as the users.  We will devote the time necessary to effect a solid move and to ensure that everything that can be done to reduce user ‘down-time’ will be done.

*Since an average of two years passes between initial Laboratory Equipment Surveys & Building Design to Completion, it often falls to the in-house project manager to assign the task of re-verifying the equipment surveys, prior to move-in.

**We don’t just drop the boxes and walk away.  We will work with the movers to ensure that the proper equipment is used to move each item, such as platform carts for larger bench-top pieces, appliance dollies for empty tall appliances and roll-a-lifts for Refrigerators with contents and all Freezers.
